Store content pulls cover translations, and --all brings in files the pull request changes
The comparison with the store's published theme now includes the locale files under locales/, so translations merchants edit in Shopify's language editor are listed after a deploy and come with @auditor pull like templates, section groups and theme settings. The note on a locale file says how many strings are only on the store, only in the branch, or have different text. Files the pull request you comment on changes itself are still left out of a pull, with the answer listing each one; comment @auditor pull --all to bring the store's copy of those in too.
A pull never writes to your branch: it opens a pull request carrying each file as the store holds it, so anything it would undo is in the diff for review before the merge. With --all, the pull request Auditor opens names the files whose changes the store's copy replaces. For another branch (--branch), nothing is left out and --all changes nothing.
The MCP server's store_drift tool and auditor drift in the CLI list and write locale files too.
