Settings, Account and Members share one layout

Team settings, Account and Members now run full width with the same titled sections, cards and footer actions. Members invites from a card on the page instead of a popover, lists everyone with search and a role filter, and explains each role underneath. Account saves name and email together and changes the password in a dialog.
