Image generation: FLUX, Recraft, Seedream, Grok Imagine and Muse Image
POST /v1/images/generations takes the OpenAI images shape, so client.images.generate works with a base URL change. 22 image models are certified, from Recraft V4.1 Flash at $0.007 an image to Recraft V4 Pro at $0.25, each billed per image at the provider's list price plus your platform fee.
The models are FLUX 3 and FLUX 3 Klein, FLUX Kontext Max and Pro, FLUX 1.1 Pro and Ultra, Seedream 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 Lite and 5.0 Pro, nine Recraft models, Grok Imagine and Grok Imagine 2.0, and Muse Image 1.0. GET /v1/models lists them with type image, and GET /v1/pricing gives each one's price per image and per size, quality or style.
Before the call your balance holds n images at the highest price the request can reach, so asking for a size keeps the hold close to the charge. Directives apply as on every other endpoint: allowlists, budgets, the per-request charge limit, and the zero data retention and no-training rules. Images are returned as base64 and never stored; when your team keeps request content, the log shows each image's size, not the image.
Token-priced image models such as OpenAI's gpt-image, and image editing, aren't available yet.
