Theme Check runs in Thorough reviews of Shopify themes
Static analysis now runs Shopify's Theme Check on a theme repository, with its own .theme-check.yml, and posts offenses on the lines the pull request added. Other repositories are unchanged.
A repository counts as a theme when it holds layout/theme.liquid and config/settings_schema.json, at its root or in one folder. Theme Check runs in the same isolated Sandbox as the type checker, linter and Semgrep, through the Shopify CLI, and only when the pull request changes the theme's files.
Errors are High, warnings Medium and info Low. A finding the deep review explains in its own words is posted once. Turn it off with the rest of static analysis on the Auditor page.
